One Story Homes Under 1400 square feet (basements DO NOT count towards Square Footage) Exterior Painting ONLY! Primer is NOT included in this price, if labor is needed for a coat of primer to change the color, this may be an additional cost, unless primer is included in the paint that was purchased. Price is based on using the same color paint that is currently on the outside of the home or is a darker color.

The Best Paints are usually Not from big box stores!
The type of paint recommended will depend on the time of year and the weather.
- In months that are very hot: Acrylic Paints can be applied when temperatures are between 40 to 90 degrees F.
- Acrylic and latex-based paints are also excellent choices for cold-weather applications. These paints resist moisture to provide the perfect finish. Either way, outside temp should not drop below 32 degrees F

Any major scraping, sanding, cutting or construction of defects that may be in some of the wood siding, vinyl siding or stucco. Any major construction that needs to be performed must be completed before any works starts. Also, any sunrooms, porches, wood decks, gutters, etc. will also not be included in the price of $1,995.00
However, sometimes a home maybe small enough where minor scraping maybe included but it will depend on the type of home, how it's built and the overall size. Painting of Gutters will be an additional $100.

- If you would like your home power washed before adding any paint and prolong the life of your new paint, this will be your best option if you have traditional wood siding or vinyl siding!
- Power washing will show all loose paint that has to be removed by scraping or sanding.
- Power washing starts at ONLY $295.00 and depends on the type of home you have, how high, square footage, location to other homes nearby and other factors that need may need to be addressed. Sometimes a home just needs quick rinse with a hose and good spray nozzle, and this is FREE of Charge! It will all depend on the type of siding the home has installed.

- Yes, that's' right NOT all homes with wood siding need to be sanded before painting. Sanding is typically recommended when there is peeling or flaking paint, or if the surface is excessively glossy. However, if the current paint is well-adhered and not peeling, sanding may not be necessary.
- If you see grey wood fibers, it indicates dead wood and needs to be sanded down before painting.
- New, unpainted wood siding should be lightly sanded before priming and painting.
