After signing of the invoice showing the scope of work & the total cost the next step will be the contract.
After signing of the contract showing the scope of work, a small payment will be made before the actual work starts.
After the signed invoice which can be done online, a signed contract which may be emailed over for out of area property owners or can be done in person for local homeowners, (Your choice) and a small upfront payment gets the work started!
Why the upfront payment? This is to cover costs for any supplies that may be needed, and to start work on ONE side of the home. The payment upfront is usually 1/4 of the entire job.
