BEFORE ANY PAINTING CAN START, AN INVOICE WILL BE EMAILED OVER AND THAN A CONTRACT WILL BE SIGNED BY BOTH PARTIES SHOWING THE SCOPE OF WORK
First Step is an Invoice Showing Scope of Work
After signing of the invoice showing the scope of work & the total cost the next step will be the contract.
Second Step is the Contract
After signing of the contract showing the scope of work, a small payment will be made before the actual work starts.
The Third Step is the Start of Work!
After the signed invoice which can be done online, a signed contract which may be emailed over for out of area property owners or can be done in person for local homeowners, (Your choice) and a small upfront payment gets the work started!
Why the upfront payment? This is to cover costs for any supplies that may be needed, and to start work on ONE side of the home. The payment upfront is usually 1/4 of the entire job.
The Last Step is the Completion of Work!!
Your Home Will end up Looking Much better than before!
